Product: Pavilion a4316f-b Bundle
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Had Critical Process Died errors, just looped, tried repair, troubleshoting, recovery..

 

Orginally came with Windows 7 Home Premium, last year upgraded to Windows 10..where can I get a restore CD, do I need a restore cd for Windows 10 or one for Windows 7 Home Premium, in desperate need

Since you have installed Windows 10, Microsoft has granted you a "digital entitlement" to reinstall Windows 10, on the same computer, for FREE.  Just download Windows 10 from this site.

 

When you are installing it, click "I do not have a product-key" to exercise your "digital entitlement".
