New Licensed HDD

I need to get a new licensed HDD for one of my church's All-in-One computers. The drive has crashed and the system is out of warranty. The diagnostics tools are not working; I cannot locate it on another computer when I plug it in as an exterior drive. I cannot seem to locate one on the HP website through parts. Can someone help please?

I don't know why you need a licensed HDD and honestly I have not heard we have something like this. Firstly, we need to know what is your AIO 23". Please check the label at the back to see exactlt its product number.

Thank you very much for the assistance. One last question, I have a HDD already. So all I need to do then is purchase the Windows OS and install it?

I tried loading Windows 7 Professional on the new HDD but it stopped in the middle of the process. What could be causing it?
