I just got 16GB of Corsair Dominator 1866Mhz ram. The computer has automatically set the speed to 1333Mhz. I went into the BIOS [I think it was the Bios] and there was no option to change the Ram speed.

Because the BIOS firmware is made to favor stability and security, I do not know if update can make the RAM reaches 1600 MHz

 Hi,

The processor A8-5500 supports up to 1886 MHz, but the chipset AMD A75 FCH  in theory can only reach 1333 MHz or 1600 MHz maximum

But how can I change the speed?

{edit] The PC memory upgrade info says it can reach 1866Mhz also.

Suppose you have an engine that can reach 1886 K/h but the chassis supports 1333 or 1600 K/h

Well whether or not it can, do you have any idea of why the BIOS doesn't show options to possibly change it? It doesn't even show any options to overclock the CPU if I wanted to.
