I can't install HP recovery manager because my computer won't boot into Windows 10.

That's not a lot of information to go on.

 

Please give more details:

 

* product-ID

* was Windows installed "today", or has it been running for a while?

 

What happens when you try to boot?

 

Can you use a smart-phone to capture a video from "power-on" to the point of failure, and post it (here, or to Youtube) ?
