What are you trying to use HP Support Assistant to accomplish?

I am a volunteer and I do not work for, nor represent, HP
HP Recommended

HP releases update that are general in nature. Its not targeted for any specific pc. Hence when we get an pop up generated from HP support assistant we when try to install it.  The system tries to detect whether it requires or not. If the same version of the application or driver is already installed then HP support assistant will not overwrite it and might be removed.
