I had all these preinstalled apps, like the Roxio DVD Creator (not sure if that's the real name), and after the upgrade to Windows 10, all these apps were gone. How do I get them back?

Hello;
Allow me to welcome you to the HP forums!
I wish I had good news for you -- but I don't ...
Those apps were for Windows 7, and they were not carried over during the Upgade because they don't work under Windows 10 -- and, since your PC did not come with Win10 preinstalled, HP provides no drivers or apps for Win10 for your PC.
Here is the link to the drivers page for Win7:
You can choose the OS version you use to have, download the apps and see if they will install, but they probably will not: http://h20566.www2.hp.com/hpsc/swd/public/readIndex?sp4ts.oid=4095874&swLangOid=8&swEnvOid=4059
Good Luck
