Reference:

HP PCs - Using the HP Connected Remote App (Windows 😎

Ideas

  • The application may be lurking in your Startup

Right-Click on Taskbar > Task Manager > Startup

If you find the offending program, Right-Click and disable it

  • The application may have a Service running

Control Panel > icon view > Administrative Tools > Services >

If you find the offending service, Right-Click on the service > Properties >

In tab General > Under Path to executable - Startup type:

Click on the dropdown menu and select Disabled

OK

  • Control Notifications

Settings > System > Notifications and Actions >

Under Notifications

Switch OFF Get notifications from apps and other vendors

and (optional)

Switch OFF Get tips, tricks, and suggestions as you use Windows
