Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Is there anyway other than having a tech perform steps to retrieving documents removed when I had to have my new computer reset.

Did you do a backup of all data/files/documents before the Reset ?

Unfortunately, I was so worried about the computer since it was new, that I did not backup my documents.  Stupid me.

Lesson learned.
