Product: HP Touchsmart 310 PC

Upon starting computer it’s going straight to the “Choose your keyboard layout” screen. But it will not allow me to click anything. I tried rebooting and pressing F11. No help.

You really should provide a specific HP Product number (Link) to get better assistance.

 

What Windows operating system are you using now?

 

Did you previously update your PC to Windows 10? What version of Windows did you have when you bought this PC?

 

"F11" may not recover your PC if you updated to Windows 10. The HP recovery partition may be gone.

 

This is a bad scenario because you may have to reinstall the factory operating system or Windows 10.

 

Do you back up data?
