HP Envy All-in-One 27-P014
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Bought this all-in-one after my last hp all-in-one hard drive failed in May 2016.   In August 2016 the touchscreen system became erratic, windows opening and closing, mouse all over the place or getting stuck.  Walked through touchscreen tests with two different chat techs that showed the touchscreen failed.  So  back to Best Buy and to HP for repair; a month later machine back with broken clips where screen and back should connect.  February 2016 same problems to the point of being unusable.  Ran the 5 hour diagnostic on the system which passed; however, both touchscreen tests failed badly with about 33% completion.  Send it in again.

They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. 

 

Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. 

 

Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
