I want to know if I can use duel monitors with my HP CPU if so How do I hook them up?

Hi,

 

The following link shows its specs:

It supports  Both DVI and VGA ports can be used at the same time.

 

And its back has the following ports:

  1. One VGA port
  2. Four USB 2.0 ports
  3. One RJ45 10/100 Mb/s LAN
  4. Line-in (light blue)
  5. Line-out (lime)
  6. Mic-in (pink)
  7. One DVI-D port

You can connect one monitor to port 1 (VGA) and one monitor to port 7 (DVI-D).  Please buy proper monitors otherwise you need some sorts of adapters/conversions (ie more $$$ to spend).
