Product: HP 251-a123w Desktop
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Since downloading an update for a program, my computer now loads into an automatic repair screen. I have tried restarting, pushing F11 and following that screen, and tried resetting and restoring through the automatic repair screen. I alway get the same error that "something happened" and it isn't able to complete the repair/reset/restore. Is there something I can do to fix this or am I out a computer? I don't have any external backup or boot device.

You can see if you can fix the problem by reinstalling W10.
You can make your own USB installation flash drive or DVD by using the W10 Media Creation tool at the link below.
