I am getting a message to download new BIOS from HP Support Assistant but they will not install. I went in the BIOS and there is no place to flash the update. I tried to install from BIOS Management but the menu's the document said to use were not provide anyone once I got to the BIOS update menu. Can someone give directions? Thanks

Hello
If your PC is working good then please don't flash BIOS.
HP Support Assistant is sometimes wrong on this. Have seen PC's not boot after HPSA BIOS update. Then sometimes PC must be sent to Service Center for repairs. No warranty means you pay for HP to fix this.
Turn off BIOS update notification and enjoy your PC.
