Can I use a W7 32-bit on a HP ProDesk 400 G3 - SFF - 1 x Core i5 6500 / 3.2 G (HP / T4R71ET#ABZ)?

HP does support that model for W7 32 bit...

You will have to use a PS/2 mouse and keyboard to install W7 or use the Intel USB creator tool below to install W7.
