Product: HP COMPAQ ELITE 8300
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)
WHILE ATTEMPTING TO RECOVER MY HP TO FACTORY STATE, RECOVERY MANAGER REPLIED WITH THE COMMUNICATE SHOWN IN ATTACHED PICTURE. TRIED TWICE, BOTH TIMES THE SAME COMMUNICATE APPEARS.
PLEASE, VERIFY AND HELP.
