HP Envy 700-230qe system
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have not been able to get the Windows 10 Anniversary release to work on this system.  It trys to load but during the install,  a reboot converts the system back to the prior version of Windows 10.

Is it possible to get the Windows 10 Anniversary release to work on this HP model?

Thanks..

@ghutchnc, welcome back to the forum.

Yes, you should be able to install 1607 on your computer.  I suggest that you contact Microsoft's Customer Support for help with your problem.  They are the experts on their OS and should be able to tell you why it won't install.

Please click the Thumbs up + button if I have helped you and click Accept as Solution if your problem is solved.
