Hello,

I'm intended to reinstall my windows 7 Home premium in my HP laptop, as the last time i did it from the recovery partition, it didn't work. After contacting Microsoft, i got a link to download the right Windows version for my computer, but they let me know that: "upon verifying the product key, it seems that this one is currently blocked by the one who sets this up". Then they told me :" here's what we need to do, since this product key is an OEM, or given by your manufacturer, you need to contact your manufacturer to unblock this one or give you another product key that you can use". So how should I proceed to get my product key activated again?
