hp pavilion20 all in one pc

My hp pavilion20 all in one pc when i turn it on it says error no boot disk detected or disk has failed and the screen is black how can i resolve this problem please help

That error typically indicates a Hard Drive failure. :Crying:

 

You can run a diagnostic to confirm.

 

If you are using Windows 8 or 10 follow the instructions in this link to run a system hardware diagnostic.

 

If the hard drive has in fact failed you will need to replace it and purchase recovery CDs or USB unless you had the forethought to create them yourself before the hard drive failed.
