You can contact phone support and they will assist you in placing an order for the recovery media.
Follow below steps to contact phone support.
Step 1. Open link: www.hp.com/contacthp/
Step 2. Enter Product number or select to auto detect
Step 3. Scroll down to "Still need help? Complete the form to select your contact options"
Step 4. Scroll down and click on HP contact options - click on Get phone number

Hi @Pitato
Thank you for posting back.
You need to enter the product number of your computer or you can select the autodetect feature if you are using the same computer.
Refer to the below link to find the product and the serial number of your computer.

Thank you for posting back.
I recommend you to purchase a retail copy of Windows and install it on the computer as the recovery media is not available from HP.
