@arcpiy_04, welcome to the forum.
The Dynamic Link Library (DLL) files are an integral part of the program that runs on them and the functionality of the computer. The error message should tell you which programs are involved. You should go into the Control Panel / Programs / Uninstall a program and click on the program that has the DLL problem. Windows will allow you to repair the program. Do this with each program that is involved. This should fix the programs and possibly speed-up the computer. If not, you will most likely have to do a full System Recovery.
