Hello;

Allow me to welcome you to the HP forums!

Sorry, but I don't have very good news for you ...

I ran into a very similar problem last year with my older HP 8500 all-in-one -- and learned two unfortunate things:
1) HP no longer services my model printer. I offered to send it to them and PAY them to service it, but they said they would NOT service it.
2) Other printer repair facilities would NOT service my printer, either. They all said they could no longer get parts from HP for my printer, so they could no longer fix it.

In your case, you need to call HP Customer Support and have them put you in touch with HP Technical Support to discuss your printer problems -- to find out IF it can be fixed.

HP Tech Support WILL charge you a FEE for this, but you need to know IF your printer can be repaired; otherwise, you will have no choice other than to replace it.

Good Luck
