Product: Elitebook 8460P hp
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

when i am going to download any apps from the microsoft store , a red circle is coming upon the download link and it is not workable for my window 7.

When I try the Windows Store web-page, accessed via Internet Explorer 11 under Windows 7, and randomly pick an app,

I see:

When I move the mouse-pointer over the 'Get the app', I get the "red-circle-with-diagonal-slash" marker.
