Product: pavilion23 hp
Operating System: Microsoft Windows Vista
Locked out of computer forgot the password have a hp pavilion 23 i cannot login my computer

Assuming that this is an AIO 23.  Vista is not too big of a problem unless the password is in the BIOS.  If it is the windows password, investigate NTPassword

Make either the CD or the USB to bootup and then follow the guide.
