i have an old HP all in one pc and i cannot remember the password to start it up. COULD I USE MY NEW PC TO MAKE SOME KIND OF DISK ?? TO START THE OTHER PC UP

If it is the windows password, that is fairly easy to make a reset disk.  Find another PC running the same version and make the reset disk.  Just indicate the version of Windows or investigate NTPassword
