how do i adapt my images to fit my background when they used to fit but know they dont

the image i use for my background used to fit the whole screen but somehow it doesnt anymore

It is a Windows setting:

 

==> Appearance and Personalization ==> Personalization ==> Desktop Background

 

and scroll down, to see:

 

Capture.JPG

 

Click the "triangle" to the right of the word 'Fill' to see the available options.
