my laptop has been taking long to start it also throws me off from websites and everytime i turn it on it tells me it updating and at the end it says deleting updates please dont shut off i hasnt been able to update and now it is giving me war what is there i can do i really dont want to erase all my stuff an start all over again

What is your operating system that you use - is it really Windows XP as initially posted ?

 

Am I correct to assume that despite the Windows update errors you can still successfully boot to Windows ?
