Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

My HP Deskjet  j110a printer , SL No. [Personal Information Removed]  , IS SHOWING MESSAGE " CARTRIDGE MISSING"   DESPITE OF REPLACING  WITH NEW CARTRIDGE ( 802).
