What exactly do you mean by"format my PC"?
Which drivers have you triied to install and from where did you get them? Not all of the drivers are meant for each PC.
Have you formatted the hard disk and perormed a clean install of an operating system?
Have you performed an HP factory image recovery?
Have you installed an operating system?
Did you use the USB recovery media that you shoud, have created by now?
Did you use the Recovery manager while in Windows?
You have not provided any details that would help.

For your product, try running Windows Update, to see if it will find/download/install the device-drivers.
If not, see:
http://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/HP-15-Notebook-PC-series/8543365/model/8876778
and select "Windows" and then "Windows 10", and click "change", to get a list of device-drivers.

Do yourself the favor of not paying attention to that. One of the reasons I need to now all of that information is to determine if you have clean formatted your hard disk as a MBR or GPT volume.
Only install the drivers that are available at the Support portal for your notebook in the driver download section. See the followng link for Windows 10 drivers specifically for your notebook.

Both responses recommended the same list of device-drivers, via slightly-different URLs.
It seems like the second responder did not read the first response, before replying.

No.
I was just ignoring you because you did not take the time to find yourself another thread instead of posting in one that I was working on. I was awaiting an answer in from the original author.
There are plenty of other threads. There is no need to tag along or troll in one that someone is already working on.
Doing that will not make you popular nor will it increase the quality of your replies.

Do you mean that you successfully installed Windows 10, but now the Windows "Device Manager" is showing that some devices do not have their specific device-drivers properly installed?
If so, then Windows Update may detect and install those device-drivers, as I mentioned before.
