Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

i have recently updated my os version to windows 7 professional and the time i installed my drivers i am facing the problem of not working the usb ports i mean out of 3 usb port only 1 is working other 2 not working......

Hi,

 

Probably other 2 ports are USB 3.0, you need driver for it but I don't know your machine, what is it ?  Please use the following instructions to find out the model/product of your machine:

Sorry, your post is under Desktop area but looks like you have a laptop and honestly I can't work out what is it with the above information. Please check its label at the bottom (laptop) or at the back (desktop) or Please use the following instructions to find out the model/product of your machine:

The Intel platform g6's with USB 3 ports need this W7 USB driver...

 

This package provides the Intel USB 3.0 Host Controller Driver for the supported notebook models and operating systems. The driver enables USB 3.0 devices.
