I need to get a set of recovery disks for an HP 800 elite Ultra-Slim. I cannot find them on the Website. Can someone let me know how to obtain them? Windows 7 pro.

You have to order recovery disks for HP business desktops and notebooks by phone.

 

If you live in the USA/Canada, call HP at this number to order a set of recovery disks.

 

1-800-334-5144

 

 

Have the serial number of the PC handy to give to the customer services rep.
