hi everybody. im trying to reset my desktop HP pc but it only gets to about 45% and then says there is a issue and no changes have been made.
the only option i have is to cancel

In requesting help, it is always helpful for the responding tech to know the exact information about the model number, the windows version and then what software is performing the function.
Please provide that information and then how this "reset" was being accomplished.
I'm not an HP employee.

If this is the PC in question:

And it has Windows 10 installed, download the Windows Media Creation tool from M$ to make a Windows install DVD and run the install from that for a clean install.
