I am trying to change the boot order & hopefully download an ISO of windows 10 onto a blank HDD. I am finally able to get into setup utility and set USB as first read but the F10 key is not saving the boot order or backing out. Escape backs out as it should but order goes back to wrong list. Is there a way to save the order without F10.

When in the BIOS menu, under the Storage drop-down menu, select Storage Options, then Enable the Removable Media Boot option. Next, go to the Storage drop-down menu, select the Boot Order option. Now set the desired boot order and press F10 to accept. Now go to the File drop-down menu and select the Save Changes and Exit option to update the BIOS settings.

If you are still having issues after following the above, then I would recommend you replace the motherboard battery.
