@PatrickHenry196, welcome to the forum.
The video card is made for PCI Express 3.0 x16. The video slot on the motherboard is PCIe 2.0 x16. While the 3.0 is backward compatible to 2.0, I am not certain that you will get the full benefit of the cards power. I suggest contacting the manufacturer's Tech Support for help with this information. I can recommend it, but I don't want you to spend money returning it if it doesn't work. Also, you will have to determine if the card will fit into the space provided. You can do this by measuring from the Back I/O ports to the front of the case.
Please click the Thumbs up + button if I have helped you and click Accept as Solution if your problem is solved.

Dear Sir,
Thank you for the tech info you provided
I have been trying to find this information for a while
Been looking to upgrade for VR Now I know it would be financially better to just puchase a new system
And keep this puppy as a sturdy back-up.

You are very welcome, @PatrickHenry196. It is my pleasure.
If you would like a recommendation on a new HP computer, I would be glad to help. If I know how much you want to spend, it would be helpful. I have a HP Phoenix 860-170vr. It is a very good gaming computer.
