HP Recommended

I have a HP t5565z Smart Client, and it has os build id of z5x40109.
i want to make a rdp to windows server 2012 and because of the rdp version i can't.

so i deside to upgrade it to Z6X44017 Rev. 1(13 Jun 2014).
then i download the file in this link:

i ran the exe file and i clicked on format usb 
then my windows dosen't recognige my flash and it says that it need format.

and i tried copying .dd.gz file and .dd file and the content of disk_files folder to my flash.
in non of these 3 time the hp device could boot from flash
so i'm so confiused.
anyone can help me how to deploy it?
