Welcome to the HP Forums 🙂
I would like to take a moment and thank you for using this forum, it is a great place to find answers.
As I understand the computer isn't reinstalling the windows after it crashed during the installation recently,
Don't worry as I'll be glad to help you, although, to provide an accurate solution, I'll need a few more details to dissect your concern:
Did you attempt reinstalling windows using the retail copy of the windows or the HP Supplied recovery partition by tapping on F11?
While you answer that, since all the hardware tests have passed, it confirms that it's not a hardware failure and therefore,
All you have to do, is attempt to reinstall the windows using the HP Recovery manager via the recovery media,
If you haven't created one on your own, you may obtain one from HP: Click here for the details.
If I have helped you resolve the issue, feel free to give me a virtual high-five by clicking the 'Thumbs Up' icon below,
Followed by clicking on "Accept as solution" from the drop-down menu on the upper right corner,
Thank you for posting in the HP Support Forum. Have a great day!
