Hi,
The best option may be to reset the password using an application such as the free utility on the link below.

Hi,
Unfortunately you will need access to another PC in order to create the bootable CD or USB password reset utility.

Hi,
First, download the file on the link below and save it to your Downloads folder.
http://pogostick.net/~pnh/ntpasswd/cd110511.zip
Next, if you don't have an extraction utility installed, download and install 7-Zip. Please note, if you have a 64bit installation on the machine you are now using, download and install the .msi 64-bit x64 installer on the link below.
Next, right click the zipped file in your Download folder, select 7-Zip, select extract files and then click Ok. Open the newly extracted folder to find the Image file ( .ISO ).
You will now need to use an application such as ImgBurn to burn the ISO correctly to a blank CD - a guide on using ImgBurn to write an ISO to a disc is Here.
Once you have created this bootable CD, insert it into your Desktop and restart to boot from the CD - then follow the guide on the link below to reset the password.

Hi,
Tap away at the esc key as soon as you start the PC.
When a menu appears, insert the bootable CD
If a Select Boot Device screen displays, use the up or down arrow key to select the CD/DVD drive, and then press Enter.
