I accidentaly lost all my data and pictures on my computer. I tried to set a restore date but a message says there is nothing to restore. I had watched a video on updating BIOS and was following the instructions my restarting the computer and pressing the F10 key. Apparently I selected restore my computer so everything is back to the original. Please help!!!

If you did a Recovery and restored the machine back to original the hard drive was formatted(cleared of info) and your data/pictures are gone. There are expensive data recovery services that can usually retrieve info from a formatted drive.
