Installing scanner drivers

Windows XP

I am having problems with the scanner drivers installing.  I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling and searching for updated drivers but I'm getting no results.  What do I do?

Hello farr2reel, Here  is the link for the latest driver for your printer. One of the requirements is Windows XP SP2.

If you are not successful with these drivers, you might try uninstalling the current software/drivers and try reinstalling these drivers. I would also make sure that Windows XP is updated.

I apologize Hanspuppa, the issue is not solved.  Once again I've tried the uninstall/reinstall as well as ensured that windows was updated and nothing.

Hello farr2reel, Did you try going to the Control Panel and selecting the Add Hardware Icon and see if this would see the printer and install the drivers?
