If there is no change in the motherboard, please contact HP technical support for more assistance. Refer the following weblink:

I can't get any tech support? I still have mobo but it is not hooked up to anything anymore. even if I put it in a case it will not get past config error so I cannot get online support to that os. I still run xp on all my comps. pro on home assembled unit. home on a compaq presario that I keep for backup, and the media center was strictly a media center . so now I can't play dvds or cds. theboard I replaced the orig. with was an msi that I didn't like @ all. now my media center case has a refurbished asus mobo.
