Our HP Pavilion P6-2003w desktop will be fine for the internet when we are working on it but when we leave it for even just a few minutes it will become not responsive to the internet even though it says its completely connected. We know its not an internet issues because we can use other devices through wireless and not have a problem. What could this be? I've tried everything that I've been taught to fix this problem but nothing seems to be working.

You can use Device Manager to change the power management settings for a network adapter. To disable this setting in Device Manager, expand Network Adapters, right-click the adapter, click Properties, click the Power Management tab, and then clear the Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power check box.
