Recovery Manager file missing or deleted

I' need to do pc recovery because of a virus wich corrupted and deleted the recovey folder files.
C:\WINDOWS\SMINST\INSTALL_APP.EXE
hp pc recovery CD creator
C:\WINDOWS\CREATOR\CD Creator.exe"
C:\WINDOWS\SMINST\START.EXE
NORTON AV said too uncheck the system recover point too prevent a virus reinfection,and now the restore points disapeared!
I' checked and I' still have the HP RECOV partion
can I' recover my pc ?

Troubleshooting System Recovery Problems
This should help if not you can get a retail version of windows XP for your computer and you can reinstall it and for Software & Driver Downloads for HP Pavilion 515x Desktop PC use the link to download

System Restore and System Recovery are two different things. What you need is System Recovery to format the C: partition and reinstall Windows. Try tapping away at the F10 key immediately after powering on the machine, as soon as the HP logo screen appears to see if you can boot into Recovery partition.

I' want to do a full full system recovery,thank you.
I' moved "D:\HP_RECOVERY" partition too my 2nd HDD "F:\ HP_RECOVERY" now when I' run the recovery program from within windows it runs OK,but writes the WINXP fresh install files,too my 2nd HDD primary partition,is there a way to have the recovery program write XP recovery files too my c:\ primary drive instead of the 2nd HDD primary ?
