Getting a message "Unable to start Bluetooth Stack service"
This is a brand new computer. What is the problem and how do I fix it?

I have been working with HP support over a month trying to solve this. The only untried option is to do a full system restore - but I worry that soon after the problem would recur.
There is some software called "Bluetooth by hp" provided. But there seems no way to reinstall this on windows 7.
(It is there on the HP download site for Windows XP)
