When I try to open an e-mail viedo attachment I get the message, "Computer low on Memory, Error Code: CooD11C6. When I search this code it refers to another code, described as "Triggered by another program , original error code: 8007000E" or "Component of Windows original error message, 'Ran our of memory."
I know little to nothing about computers and I don't know where to go from here. Anyone with information would be appreciated.
Thanks,
GJB

Thank You Honor Student, I will try that and get back to you with results, if any.

I haven't been able to solve the problem and tried the thingy Honor Student suggested but as I am not well versed in computer solutions I was not successful. My age hampers me so I suppose the best thing for me to do is forget about it and when the computer crashes or burns I need to get out of that social type life. I enjoy the surfing, and look up of interesting things I know little or nothing about but there is no sense in messing with something that doesn't serve me in accordance to the money I spent for it. It would likely be much easier on my old brain if I were to go fishing, or even cutting grass on the empty lots I have.
I hope you get the problem worked out too but I don't have much hope that anyone is interested enough in helping others to help with this problem. I do have the option and I need to select it.
Please have a wonderful day and know that someone in south Louisiana is hoping and praying that you get a solution to the problem.
GJB
