p6180t XP driver

I just bought a P1680t Core2 Quad PC. It came with Vista Home Premium. I would like to install XP 64 on a second bootable drive and am looking for the driver for the integrated hardware like video, audio, ethernet ...etc. HP site only offers Vista driver. Can you please help? Thanks.

You will have to visit the manufacturer's sites of all the hardware components_such as Intel for the G43 Express Chipset, Realtek site for the HD Audio (unless you have an addon card) and 8111 ethernet.

Since this is a CTO model with various graphics and audio options there is no way for anyone here to know what hardware you have installed.

I downloaded the Intel G43 Express chipset driver for graphics here:

I downloaded the Realtek 8111DL network card driver here:

 Once I successfully connected to the internet using Internet Explorer, I was able to right-click on My Computer > Properties > Hardware > Device Manager and there were only two items with question marks.  I right clicked on the Audio hardware and chose "Update Driver..." and let Windows look online at Windows Update and it found an appropriate audio driver.

The only thing I have left now is "SM Bus Controller", which I think has to do with the motherboard.  I'm not sure it's available for XP, but if anyone finds it, let us know!

That was it!  The last missing driver!  Now I've got everything I need for XP on my p6180t!
