solution center telling me to reinstall my printer. where can i find the file my printer and do i have to delete it. it is a hp photosmart c7280 all in one.

Hi,
If you could provide me information about the OS installed on the computer with which you are using this printer, I will be able to provide exact steps for reinstalling printer drivers.
For now you may use HP web link which has instructions for solving general installation and drivers issue with printer.
"HP has designed an easy-to-use Network Diagnostic Utility tool to help you identify and fix common problems when installing or using HP printers on your home network. Let the Wizard guide you through the troubleshooting steps to make sure your printer connects to the network. Use the link below to use Network Diagnostic Utility tool."
