Hello raz_mizrahi, It appears that the drivers you require are in the chipset package.
Here is the link for the chipset drivers for your system. This driver package is 6.2 MBs, so they want be able to be copied to a floppy disk. You may need to run the SP30304.exe and install them onto a USB flash drive or burn them to a CD. Then when you start the Windows XP setup, and press the F6 key to load the drivers, you may need to remove the Windows CD and insert the CD with the sata drivers on it, let the setup copy the drivers, remove the drivers disk and insert the Windows XP disk, or point to the drivers on the USB and see if the Raid array is detected.
Here is another approach that may let you copy these drivers to a floppy. I just downloaded the SP30304.exe and right clicked on the file and extracted them to a folder named SP30304. Then look in this folder in the sub-folder SBdrv, and then in the folder IDEATA133, and copy these files to the floppy, and then open the SATSRAID folder and copy these files to the same floppy disk. You then should have all the drivers needed, using the F6 key to load the drivers, to install for the Windows setup for a Raid array.
