HP Pavilion Desktop 510-p010
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have tried to download several programs that were on my old computer, but have been unable to do so.

Ex:  I Tunes, OfficeSuite....

I get a message that says, "unable to download".

This computer and Windows 10 is new to me.

Hello, and Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Which web browser are you using?  Microsoft Edge?

Many users are complaining about download difficulties using this browser.  I would suggest you try Internet Explorer instead.

It is included with Windows 10, but you'll have to dig a bit to find it.  Tap the Start button, then look through the list of All Programs to find the Windows Accessories folder.  In it, you'll find Internet Explorer.  Click on the shortcut to open it.

See if the programs you want download correctly.
