Dell Optiplex 380
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

If Driver support is such a great company why do they not disclose everything.  I think the program is fine for 69.99 but I was never told about the stupid 9.99 per month fee.  I will be cancelling my supscription to this rip off company...... Plus I had a driver support, (driver Update) on my Realtech HD Sound and now the thing does not even work.  hmmmmmm and it was Driver support that got the driver, and installed it.

We do not usually comment on companies that provide services, particularly companies providing services for NON-HP computers.  There is no point - HP is not Dell.

As long as an HP computer is supported (several years), there is never a charge for HP drivers or updates.

When an HP computer is "retired" and driver support is no longer available from HP, then yes, owners of these vintage machines might be at the mercy of service companies that still provide driver support.

Talk to the company that is charging you the monthly fee, and cancel the subscription.

Consider using a Driver from Realtek.
