Product: Keyboard ERK-321A/Sprout by HP
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My question is fairly similar to this.

 

I want to use the normal functions and not the multimedia functions by default. It's overriding my hotkeys in various applications. I downloaded and installed the Hot-Key Utility for Windows 10, but the HKServ is still not there. There's no available option in the BIOS as well. 

 

I need to fix this urgently and I hope I can have a reply ASAP. Thanks in advanced.
