Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Does HP have any remote control app which canbe used to control volume etc.. for HP Pavilion 27-a010

If you are talking about using your phone as a remote control, then there are several apps for Android or Apple products that allow you to do this. Just search the app stores for PC and remote... you'll need to install the app on your phone and software on your PC from the app manufacturer's web site. I think Google has a remote desktop app if youhave android.
